You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Top 20 Training reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
Top 20 Training stands behind every book or manual it sells. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product you have purchased from the Top 20 Training website, you can exchange the merchandise in its original packaging and condition. Replacement merchandise will be shipped via U.S. mail so please allow time for its arrival.
We also accept returns. Simply email us at info@top20training.com or call us at 651-690-5758 within five days of receiving your order for an "Return Authorization". All authorized returns will be accepted as long as the merchandise in its original packaging and condition. No returns will be accepted without a "Return Authorization". We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Only product cost will be refunded, any shipping and handling charges will be incurred by the customer.
For a Top Training Event, no refunds will be given after space for a given event has been reserved, however full credit will be given for any cancelation requested 90 days before the purchased event. That credit amount can be applied to any event for up to a year (365 days) from the original purchase date.
